How many portable toilets do I need for my project or special event?
We will help with determining how many units are needed for your jobsite or event. However, please see the links below for what PSAI recommends for jobsites and special events.

How fast can a portable toilet be delivered?
We can accommodate same day or next day delivery when possible, however it is generally a good practice to make reservation 48 hours to one week in advance.

Can I put the portable toilet anywhere on my jobsite or event?
We will place your portable toilet(s) at you event or your job site per your instruction. We will make every attempt to accommodate your wishes as to the placement of the unit. However, we will relocate the unit or notify you if it becomes necessary so that it is readily accessible for servicing. This ensures that our employees, trucks and equipment are not in danger or at risk.

How frequently will the portable toilet be serviced?
We are required to service your portable toilet at minimum once per week. Service will include cleaning, sanitizing and restocking of toilet paper. Some jobsite may require more frequent services. Johnny on the Spot can handle any service level your jobsite may require. If you have any questions to how many additional weekly services you may need our Customer Service team will be able to help with any question you may have.

Can a Portable Toilet be rented for just a day?
Yes, Our Event Toilets are great for weekend parties, or even a one-day events. It is always best to call at least two days prior to your event to ensure proper delivery times.

Will my Special Event be clean for my event?
Absolutely! Our Special Event Toilets are only reserved for special events and parties, and have never been on a construction jobsite.

What happens if my Portable Toilet gets tipped over?
If you unit gets tipped over due to weather or vandalism we ask our customers to contact our office as soon as possible. We will then send a service driver to your site and clean the unit or switch out the unit with a replacement at our earliest convenience.

What hour are deliveries typically made?
We make deliveries between 6a.m. and 4p.m

Are there any additional charges for rush deliveries or removals?

I have a Special Event on Saturday. When will my restrooms be delivered?
Orders for weekend events are typically delivered on Friday and removed on Monday. However, if you need other arrangements, Johnny on the Spot will be happy to accommodate any request you may have.
